Baroque Style
The exuberant Baroque style originated in Italy and influenced all of Europe. Baroque antique furnitures include Commodes, chest of drawers, ‘Schreibschrank’ – writing cupboards and Display cabinets. Its Characteristics are Foliage motifs, Marquetry, Crests and initials and Lambrequin motif. 17th Century and 18th Century.
